As our agency grew, we received countless requests from the fresh outs across Pakistan who wanted to intern with us. However, we noticed a common problem many graduates lacked the practical skills and industry knowledge that agencies require. They had theoretical knowledge but weren’t fully prepared for the fast-paced, results-driven world of digital marketing and design.
